Search

Search ads available directly from the home page. To find your ad:

1. Enter the query. For example, you can enter the city that interests you, or specific parameters of your home.
2. On display ads on the left is a search filter that allows you to accurately filter your search query to set parameters such as city, region, number of rooms and beds, price and convenience of your interest. Use a filter which allows you to specify your search query.

Now you can open any ad and read more or see pictures, and when you click on the address of the real estate you can see detailed information about a particular facility.

My advertisements

Section "My Advertisements" was created to manage your ads. (Only available for registered users).

In this section you can view and edit your ads. Here you can 1 time per hour raise your ad and make it the first in the search results or to set for your ads status "Selection" after which it would become more visible to other users and will be listed first.

Favorites (My Bookmarks)

To add a listing in the "Favorites", you must click on the icon "star" on the right under the button "More". A star to add to Favorites visible only to registered users.

In the section "Favourites" displays all the ads you selected. To remove the ad from favorites, enough to click on the "star".

Comments

On view detailed ad you can leave a response or comment, to discuss the proposal (available only for registered users).

Select and make the first

After registration, users are made available a number of additional services:

“Select and raise"
Dedicated ad is shown above all others in the search results and become more noticeable as the list of ads and on the map.
“Raise for a long time"
Ads that are marked with a status of "Raised for a long time" displays the first among simple ads, below ads with the status of "Selection"
“Raise for an hour"
Advertising, raised on a hour placed under selected (for an hour can raise no more than three times a day)

To take advantage of any service, go to "My Advertisements" and click the appropriate button.

According to statistics from the selected messages and remain top of the list receive a response in 5 (five) times more likely than normal ads.

Map

If Google maps show in an incorrect place on the map in your advertisement you still can edit it by writing the right one in “The Address” field.
Also, you can move marker into the right place by yourself.

When viewing the list of ads and hover over a marker on the map it changes color to red to make it convenient to determine the location of your choice from the list of ads.

When you click on the marker locations on the map, you can view detailed information about a particular address.

On the list of ads on the map you can see up to 50 active markers simultaneously, which identified the specific address of the proposed property.Markers of green indicate the selected messages.

Site works in dynamic mode and adjusts to different screen resolution. If you wish that it does not change its position on your screen, it must be in the lower left corner to put a tick next to "Secure the map”.
